Screen Print Artwork Requirement - Digital Vector Art preferred with colors assigned as spot colors (not process), text converted to curves or paths "outlines"

Adobe Illustrator Files - File created in Adobe Illustrator should be saved as an EPS file down to version 10 or earlier..

Macromedia Freehand - Files created in Macromedia Freehand should be exported as an EPS file.

Corel Draw - Files created in Corel Draw can either be sent as CDR files saved down to version X3 or lower, or exported as an EPS file.

Photoshop-.PSD (v8.0 or earlier) at the actual print size for garments separated into "Spot Color" Channels (not layers) at no less than 300 dpi
NOTE: Anti-aliasing should not be applied.

Scanned art - Saved as TIFF file
300 dpI at final image size.

Mechanical Art - Black and white camera ready art if sent by mail, no faxes. Maximum scan size is 8.5" x 13"

We Do Not Accept as Finished Art for Printing - jpeg, gif, Powerpont (ppt), Publisher (pub), or Word (doc) files, low resolution images downloaded from web pages or business card size logos . This art is great as a concept, and will help us prepare your finished "camera ready" artwork. Please email for our review and a quote.

Color Matching - Due to monitor variances, please provide a color print and or Pantone (PMS) solid color codes for color matching accuracy.

In-House Art Charge
If you don't have artwork we can provide it from your concept. Simple t-shirt art often ranges from $50 - $100.00. More complex designs requiring process or index color separations could exceed that amount.

Art Charge $65.00/Hour - Cost quoted before job is started.
